Lagunak : Amis

Du mot basque lagun qui veut dire "ami" et avec lequel on forme les mots lagundu, « aider » et laguntza, « aide ».

Avec Nicole, mon amoureuse, j'ai eu la chance de faire un séjour au Pays Basque en 2017. Nous avons vécu chez ses lagunak, une famille de bergers où elle avait résidé en 2001-2002 dans le cadre de ses études en anthropologie.

Ma rencontre avec les Basques m'a profondément marqué, au point où j'ai appris leur langue! Cette langue qui est la langue d'Europe occidentale la plus ancienne encore vivante dans son milieu naturel. Cet album se veut un hommage à l'amitié, la joie, la proximité chaleureuse du partage entre amis-amies, qui s'aiment, tout simplement.

Lagun euskal hitzetik dator, frantsesez “ami” esan nahi du eta hitz honen bidez sortzen dira lagundu, “aider” eta laguntza, “aide”.
Nicole, nire maitearekin, Euskal Herrian egonaldi bat egiteko zortea izan nuen 2017an. Bere lagun horien etxean bizitzeko aukera izan genuen, artzain familia batean, non bera bizitzen egon baitzen 2001-2002 urteetan Antropologiako bere ikasketen barruan.
Euskaldunekin egote honek sakonki hunkituta utzi ninduen, hainbesteraino non beren hizkuntza ikasi baitut. Hizkuntza hau da bere ingurune naturalean Mendebaldeko Europan oraindik bizirik dagoen hizkuntzarik zaharrena. Album honek adiskidetasunari omenaldi bat izan nahi du, alaitasunari, elkar maite duten lagunen arteko hurbiltasun beroari, besterik gabe.
